Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or hold a GED.
• Obtain an Associate’s Degree or Higher.
• Complete two years of study or 60 college credit hours (Arkansas).
• Meet the Parapro Assessment requirement (457+).
• Experience working with students/parents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers or Coordinator in all areas of work.
• Help implement instructional programs and lesson plans.
• Assist with understanding assessments and daily goals.
• Motivate students for maximum learning and participation.
• Participate in faculty meetings and teacher trainings.
• Support English language activities and student engagement.
