Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Student Engagement Specialist at University of Nebraska Lincoln. Role involves developing 1:1 relationships with alumni and constituents to secure donations, via phone and digital interactions, supporting engagement and fundraising efforts.

Position offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and professional development within Legends and the University of Nebraska Foundation. On-site location at Wick Alumni Center with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage relationships with alumni, friends and donors to achieve goals.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling university data.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow 1:1 relationships with alumni, friends and family to encourage donations.
• Make alumni connections via phone and other digital interactions in line with engagement strategy.
• Secure gifts and provide stewardship and relationship building with the Foundation.
• Support fundraising strategy with the Engagement Center and provide program assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of philanthropic priorities to present compelling case for support.
