Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a talented intern to join the Transformation department at our Athens facility. You will analyze existing manufacturing and business system data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.

As an intern, you will develop data visualizations with Power BI/Tableau, support basic workflow automation with Power Automate and Power Apps, and collaborate with site stakeholders to align data needs with reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing.
• Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship/co-op.
• Overall GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale preferred.
• Major or minor in related field of internship/co-op.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours; graduate/advanced degree students at least 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through basic data analytics and system review activities.
• Analyze existing manufacturing and business system data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Support basic workflow automation or system integration efforts using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
• Document findings, assumptions, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
• Participate in project planning activities, including scope definition and milestone tracking.
