Auxilio is seeking a School Bus Aide to support safe student transportation and welfare on routes. The role requires monitoring passengers, communicating with drivers, and enforcing school conduct rules. A valid driver license, high school diploma, and background check are required.

Background checks and drug screening are part of the hiring process. Opportunities include mornings and afternoons, with a focus on safety and reliability across routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Subject to Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Two years working with children preferred.
• Good verbal communication and attendance record required.
• Early morning and afternoon availability preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe transportation of passengers.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections and notify manager of concerns.
• Assist students with loading and unloading; monitor safety behavior.
• Regularly communicate with passengers and bus drivers.
• Enforce school system conduct rules and report problems to manager.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and FERPA regulations.
