Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a reliable school transportation driver for Huntley Community School District #158 in Algonquin, IL. This full-time permanent role requires a high school diploma or GED, and possession of a valid IL license; CDL preferred.

You will transport students on scheduled routes and support route operations under the Route Manager. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screening.
• Have a valid IL license (CDL preferred) with a clean record.
• Eligible for bus permit.
• Must satisfactorily complete training for bus evacuation, first aid, CPR certification and blood borne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus to transport students according to a schedule and under the Route Manager.
