Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in higher education, finance, cashiering, accounts receivable, or student services.

Responsibilities

  • Student account management and customer service across channels.
  • Explain charges, billing statements, and financial aid impact to students.
  • Process payments, refunds, and payment plans accurately.
  • Balance cash drawers, reconcile activity, and prepare deposits.
  • Collaborate with campus departments and assist audits and compliance.
  • Support outreach on non-payment and account holds.
