Qualifications

Be enrolled full-time at SNHU with GPA 2.5 or higher.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and video creation/editing platforms.
Able to learn new information and apply it at work.
Able to solve problems and troubleshoot basic issues.
Able to manage several tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly with people who use assistive technology, ask helpful questions, and explain practical strategies.
Build confidence using a variety of assistive technology tools and devices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve basic assistive technology issues.
Contribute ideas, gather information, and complete assigned tasks for team projects and research.
Create clear, accessible job aids and other resources.
Build professional relationships with student clubs and campus groups.
Advocate for assistive technology and promote free digital resources for students.
Take part in training on accessibility and educational technology and apply learnings to work.
