Job Summary: The Student Surgical Technologist (SST) will assist hospital staff with room turnovers, terminal cleaning, patient transport, and blood runs. Shadow in Central Sterile to learn decontamination, scope processing, tray organization, wrapping, sterilization, and handling of sterile items. Learn to assist with case picking and pair with an experienced Surgical Tech to potentially second scrub. Responsibilities include room setup, operating room equipment, and sterile procedures under supervision. Students are limited to 29 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications: Current Surgical Technology student in an accredited program, with all prerequisites completed. A letter from the program director confirming good standing, a healthcare-related recommendation, and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Work Days: Rotating shifts.
Salary Range: NS600.
