The Dean's Office at Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts and The New School for Social Research is seeking a student assistant to support Dean's Office communications across social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, X, and TikTok. The successful candidate will report to the Dean's Office and will play a key role in maintaining a consistent, engaging social media presence for the college.
WORK MODE Hybrid - Employees hired for this position primarily work remotely with the occasional on-campus presence required with advanced notice. Employees in this role will also be expected to use their best judgment to be on campus when necessary in order to best fulfill the responsibilities of their job descriptions. #LI-DNI
Hourly Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities: This position supports the Dean's Office at Eugene Lang College and The New School for Social Research by managing day-to-day social media communications, including content scheduling, native posting, community engagement, and performance reporting. The student assistant will work closely with the Dean's Office team to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management and digital communications within a university setting.
