Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled Kentucky State University student eligible for Federal Work Study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic technology platforms.
• Ability to conduct research and organize information clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student and departmental information.
• Interest in higher education, workforce development, or related areas is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of Adult and Experiential Learning and assist with projects related to adult learners, workforce development, and Credit for Prior Learning.
• Provide administrative support and assist with program needs related to the Prison Education Program as needed.
