Kids Club ABA in Walnut Grove, GA is seeking a Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and monitor progress with families.

This role requires graduate-level education in a relevant field and RBT certification, plus experience with autism or developmental disabilities. It offers part-time and full-time schedules, PTO from day one, health insurance, and professional development

Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA. As a key member of our team, you will work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, providing one-on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Requirements:

• Graduate‑level education in a relevant field (Certified in RBT)
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
