Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Denver, CO is seeking a Student Analyst (Master’s level) who has completed 1700+ fieldwork hours to join our ABA team. You will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and collect data to support individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

With guaranteed hours, no-cost supervision hours, study groups, and a clear path toward BCBA certification, you’ll have structured leadership tracks and bonuses tied to accrued hours as you develop

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program with 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and the team to live ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
