Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports Student Advocates.
• Facilitates team meetings and outreach visits.
• Creates monthly data reports for staff.
• Monitors program implementation and integrity.
• Oversees budgets and supplies for advocates.
