Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Admissions Advisor to recruit qualified applicants and manage inquiries for program enrollment. You’ll interview and follow up with prospects, coordinate events, and collaborate with campus teams to support student success.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 1–1.5 years in admissions or consultative sales, with strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment events and orientation programs.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for enrollment suitability.
• Forecast prospective new students with admissions leadership.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings to ensure matriculation.
