CDG Maui is a design-build construction company building high-end custom homes on Maui. We’re growing our skilled field team and want people who take pride in their craft.

You’ll be one of our core field tradespeople, handling stucco, waterproofing and flooring on high-end custom homes. This is steady, year-round work as a CDG employee, with overtime eligibility, on a team that values quality, safety and doing what we say.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with exterior stucco and interior plaster.
• Waterproofing experience; understand failure modes and proper execution.
• Reliable attendance: shows up on time every day.
• Takes direction and collaborates well on a crew.
• Own transportation to Maui job sites.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 at hire).

Responsibilities

• Apply exterior stucco and interior plaster systems (lath, scratch, brown, finish coats).
• Install waterproofing and weather barriers to spec.
• Install flooring (tile, wood or similar) as scheduled.
• Prep, protect and clean up the work area daily.
• Work safely with the Superintendent and other trades to hit the schedule.

You’ll be one of our core field tradespeople, handling stucco, waterproofing and flooring on high-end custom homes. You take pride in clean, lasting work and keep the job moving. This is steady, year-round work as a CDG employee, with overtime eligibility, on a team that values quality, safety and doing what we say.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Apply exterior stucco and interior plaster systems (lath, scratch, brown, and finish coats)
• Install waterproofing and weather barriers to spec
• Install flooring (tile, wood or similar) as scheduled
• Prep, protect and clean up the work area every day
• Work safely with the Superintendent and other trades to hit the schedule

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with both exterior stucco and interior plaster
• Waterproofing experience; you know why it fails and how to do it right
• Reliable: shows up on time, every day
• Takes direction and works well on a team
• Takes ownership of assigned work, communicates questions or problems early, and helps the crew deliver quality work efficiently
• Own transportation to Maui job sites
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required at hire)
