Job summary

Moorhouse Coating in Scottsdale is looking for a Stucco Finisher to apply base coats, finish coats, and textures on residential and commercial projects, ensuring durable, high-quality surfaces that meet our standards and customer expectations.

You will prepare surfaces, mix materials to specification, and work with crew leads to maintain schedules while upholding safety and cleanliness on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of stucco, plaster, or EIFS finishing experience.
• Experience with hand and spray application techniques.
• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Apply base coats, finish coats, and textures to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed.
• Mix and match stucco/plaster materials to specification.
• Work with crew leads to maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
