Join to apply for the Stuart #75 Busser role at Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc.

Busser responsibilities include continuously cleaning and setting up Flanigan’s Dining Rooms, Bars, and Patios to ensure a wonderful service experience. Bussers support Servers, Bartenders, and the entire team by preparing the restaurant—clearing, cleaning, interacting, and maintaining a tidy environment.

1. Follow all company safety and sanitation policies, and complete procedural training.
2. Clean and set up tables for new guests promptly.
3. Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
4. Remove trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
5. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, outside parking, patio, and waiting areas.
6. Ensure all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary.
7. Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework.
8. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
9. Lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, and freezers.
10. Work in damp, high-temperature environments indoors and outdoors.
11. Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification, in compliance with state laws and company policies.
12. Speak, read, and write English proficiently.
13. Work a five-day workweek.
