Job summary

Altimate Outdoor is seeking a StruXure Installer to join our installation team on outdoor living projects. You will work from foundations to final details, learning alongside experienced installers in a hands-on role.

This full-time, on-site position offers hourly pay between $20 and $24, health coverage, a 401(k), paid time off and holidays, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction or general labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of StruXure pergola installations, from foundation to final details.
• Work with seasoned installers and learn best practices.
• Operate tools carefully and keep work areas organized and safe.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and coordinating with other trades.

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Work every phase of StruXure pergola installations, from foundation to final details.
• Build alongside experienced installers who have done this many times before.
• Use tools and equipment carefully and put them back where they belong.
• Load, unload, and move materials to where the crew needs them.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Assist electricians, painters, and other contractors when the install calls for it.
