Description

We're looking for a Structures Project Manager to join the HMB team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff while managing multiple transportation structures design tasks.
• Coordinate with Sr Project Managers and team members to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Prepare accurate presentation, design, and construction document details.
• Develop and submit permit applications and packages to relevant agencies.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and adhere to project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roadway design.
• Experience in people management or supervision is a plus.
• PE certification is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including MS Office.
• Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs and project deadlines.
