C.W. Matthews Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Structures Project Manager in Marietta, GA to lead self-performed structural projects within the DOT program. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise project teams to deliver on time, safely and within budget.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, and cost control, with opportunities for growth in a reputable heavy civil contractor across the southeast.

• 5+ years of experience managing self-performed structural construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of structural construction means and methods.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of structural construction projects, from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee self-performed structural work including scheduling, labor planning, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.

Position Summary:

The Structures Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing self-performed structural construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to C.W. Matthews quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of structural construction projects, from preconstruction through final completion
