Job summary

NorthState Aviation is seeking a maintenance professional for on-site work in Winston-Salem, NC. This role focuses on completing tasks in line with Repair Stations ratings and company procedures, and on proper documentation within the maintenance software for each task.

You will support the Maintenance Lead with shift turnovers, identify tasks requiring inspection, and ensure all tools and components are properly identified and returned.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks safely and on time per Repair Stations' approved ratings and policies.
• Accurately complete paperwork or entries in the maintenance software for assigned tasks.
• Assist Maintenance Lead with shift turnovers and NS-MF-22 form entries when Lead is unavailable.
• Notify Inspection personnel if a task requires inspection or is an RII action.
• Segregate and identify removed repair station/customer components; maintain tooling inventory.
• Ensure tooling is accounted for and returned at shift end.
• Perform tasks per job cards, engineering orders, and maintenance manuals without deviations unless written authorization.
• Understand and apply the relevant chapters and sections of the manual for your position.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe work environment per company policies.

Description

1) The proper and timely completion of tasks in accordance with the Repair Stations
approved ratings and the policies and procedures set forth in this manual.
2) The proper completion of all paperwork or entries into the electronic maintenance
software program, when used, as related to the assigned task.
3) Providing information to the Maintenance Lead for shift turnovers and
entering the information on the NS-MF-22 form in the absence of the
Maintenance Lead.
4) Notify Inspection personnel when task requires inspection or becomes an RII action.
5) Segregates and properly identifies upon removal all repair station/customer
components. Possess and maintaining an adequate number and quantity of tools
necessary to perform assigned tasks.
6) Ensures all tooling is accounted for and returned to the proper location at shift’s end.
7) Performance of assigned tasks in accordance with job cards, engineering orders,
maintenance manuals, and other approved documents without deviation unless
authorized in writing.
8) Understanding and applying the chapters and sections of this manual that applies to his
or her position.
9) Perform additional duties as may be assigned.
