Whisper Aero in Tennessee seeks a Structures Engineer to lead structural design, analysis, and optimization of propulsion system components. You will collaborate with the Structures Lead, Chief Engineer, and hardware team to drive key decisions.
You’ll apply FEA with NX/Nastran, ANSYS, or Abaqus, design layouts, sizing, and testing support, while developing material allowables and sizing tools for future concepts.

This role involves structural design, analysis, and optimization of components and systems, driving key structural design decisions in collaboration with our Structures Lead, Chief Engineer, and hardware team.
