Cirrus is looking for a Structures, Airframe Engineer 2 based in Duluth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering design of structural components and assemblies while supporting certification of various aircraft models.
Applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and three years of engineering experience. Strong CAD knowledge and the ability to work in cross-functional teams are essential. A comprehensive benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
The Structures, Airframe Engineer 2 provides designs for structural components and assemblies. The engineer is responsible for preliminary design concepts, research, investigation, modeling, drawings, and certification documentation to support new products through production release projects.
