Job summary

Audio Video in Texas is seeking a field technician to perform outdoor pre-wire and install audio video systems in new homes under construction. You will wire, connect plates and speakers, and document patch panels and distribution panels, often working with installation/service teams.

The role requires strong communication, ability to use hand and power tools, and a valid Texas driver license; smartphone time clock submission is required. A 90-day evaluation period applies.

Job Summary

This is primarily an outdoor job, and physical in nature. Performing pre-wire and trim out jobs for structured wiring and audio video systems is the main focus. Typical tasks will be wiring new homes under construction, installation of plates/connectors/speakers, installation and documentation of patch panels and distribution panels. You may also work with installation and service technicians in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. (The first 90 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)
