In its Structured Credit Alternative Products group, the Associate Director will focus on new transaction proposals that incorporate securitization principals of rated note feeders, synthetic risk transfers, structured credit loan facilities, CLO lite structures, and other private credit transactions backed by debt.

FOR NEW YORK: Expected base pay rates for the role are between $110,000 and $145,000 per year. Salaries will be determined individually and may vary based on education, training, experience, performance and job‑related factors. Base pay is one component of Fitch’s total compensation, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
