Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP in Charlotte is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group with at least two years of experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions, including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, data centers, esoteric and consumer assets.

You will draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance

Qualifications

• Experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions.
