Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami, FL seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will handle structured finance matters.

You will represent trustees and collateral agents, draft and negotiate documents, and provide legal advice while working with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality services. JD required; bar admission in the applicable state preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of structured finance experience.
• Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
