Qualifications

• 3-6 years of structured finance, securitization and/or asset-based lending experience.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw100 law firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the state in which they are officing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist or manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other lawyers and business professionals.
• Attend and participate in high-level legal activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in firm programs and pro bono work.
