• Support cable pathway preparation, pulling, routing, and organization.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing housekeeping duties.
• Follow NCS quality standards and installation procedures.

As a Structured Cabling Installer, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians while learning the fundamentals of structured cabling installations, tools, materials, safety practices, and industry standards. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to developing the skills needed to advance into a technician role.

• Assist with structured cabling installations under the direction of experienced technicians.
• Learn to identify different cable types, materials, and installation requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the structured cabling industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
