The Estimator will prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for structured cabling projects, reviewing plans/specifications, cost data, and collaborating with project managers and vendors to deliver competitive bids.

The role emphasizes cost-efficient project completion, meeting client requirements, and adherence to deadlines with high accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in analyzing project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Structured cabling systems design, installation, and materials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams, clients, and vendors
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools relevant to construction and cabling
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to develop accurate estimates
• Analyze project scope and determine required materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for structured cabling projects
