Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a Welder in the United States. The position offers a pay range of $24–$26 per hour with weekly pay, and a safety-conscious environment where teamwork and quality are valued.

You will work on constructing robust structural forms and ensuring adherence to safety standards as part of a growing team. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years welding experience.
• Must read and comprehend welding symbols and instructions.
• Must read and understand structural drawings.
• Must have ability to pass a tape measure test.
• Must be able to pass an unlimited thickness groove plate test in FCAW.
• Must be able to carbon arc gouge butt joints to sound metal.

Responsibilities

• Receive and understand welding symbols and select proper welding material needed to finish for fitting, painting, and shipping.
• Locate pieces approved by Quality Control for welding. Gather equipment necessary to complete the job.
• Clean welded pieces for the next phase of processing.
• Responsible for adhering to all company safety and QA/QC programs and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to travel to various locations, potentially including other states, to support shutdowns.
• The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
• Perform non-essential functions as needed.
