• Competent with measuring tools (calipers, tapes, rulers).
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welding steel structural components as directed with safety and quality in mind.
• Collaborate with welding partner to weld and fit components for quality results.
• Operate cranes, transfers, and magnetic drills to assist fabrication.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality and compliance.
• Communicate safety, quality, and efficiency issues with teams.
