Job summary

Bolzoni AURAMO Inc. in Sulligent, AL is seeking a Structural Welder to perform welding alongside milling, turning and other bench operations. Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift and pass a weld test to qualify for the position.

The welder will set up machines, inspect parts, read blueprints, and ensure weld quality with robotic and hand welding. A high school diploma and welding certification are required, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Welding certification required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with good mechanical skills.
• Hands-on, systematic approach and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding machines and controls.
• Read process instructions, sketches, blueprints.
• Inspect welds and perform quality checks.
• Milling, turning, drilling and other bench operations as needed.
• Complete weld tests and maintain quality welds.
