Job summary

Summit Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Structural Welder in Sapulpa, OK on a second shift (5am-1:30pm/3:30pm depending on workload). The role involves fabricating ladders, hail guards, and platforms using MIG and Flux-core welding with attention to blueprints and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold AWS D1.1 qualifications (ASME considered), be able to read drawings, and measure materials accurately with a tape. Previous structural welding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG and Flux-core welding required.
• Must hold qualifications in AWS D1.1 (will consider ASME but prefer AWS).
• Ability to weld in overhead, downhill, and horizontal positions.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Strong understanding of measurements and use of a tape measure.
• Previous structural welding experience preferred.
• Reliable and able to work assigned shift consistently.

Job Title: Structural Welder

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm/3:30pm depending on workload

Pay Range: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team on a second-shift schedule. This role involves fabricating and welding structural components such as ladders, hail guards, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong MIG and Flux-core welding experience and be comfortable working in multiple welding positions.
