Work mainly in a shop environment, with occasional on-site service. Strong MIG and stick welding skills are essential, and the job can be demanding and may involve unpleasant environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on welding tasks.
• Experience handling heavily worn or compromised metal.
• Capability to work through physically degraded equipment.

Position Title: Structural Welder

Salary Range: $28.00 - $35.00 / Hour DOE

An experienced Structural Welder is sought to join a dedicated team. This role involves the fabrication, welding, assembly, and repair of compactors, balers, and related industrial waste-handling equipment. The successful candidate will work primarily in a shop environment, addressing the challenges of restoring heavily worn equipment while occasionally performing on-site service. Strong skills in MIG and stick welding are essential, alongside the ability to work in a demanding and potentially unpleasant environment.
