Qualifications
- Experience in structural steel fabrication or a related field.
- Proficiency in MIG and/or Flux Core welding; TIG and Stick welding is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
- Familiarity with steel fabrication tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble steel components using saws and welding equipment.
- Operate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and drill presses.
- Weld and fit structural steel according to project requirements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
