Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead structural steel projects from budget to closeout. You’ll coordinate detailing, fabrication, and field erection, acting as the primary point of confidence for clients and crews.

You will own safety, schedule, and financial outcomes, collaborate with the Project Superintendent, and drive fabrication from shop to site. The role requires 5+ years in steel fabrication/erection and strong budgetary skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related — or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing structural steel fabrication and/or erection projects.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, shop, and erection drawings.
• Strong command of budgets, schedules, change orders, and financials.
• Nice-to-haves: PMP, AISC Manual of Steel Construction; construction codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, schedule, budget, and financial outcome from budget through closeout.
• Partner with the Project Superintendent on day-to-day construction activities.
• Manage erection scopes; drive fabrication from shop to site.
• Interpret structural, architectural, shop, and erection drawings; run constructability analysis.
• Price changes and keep budgets and schedules current.
• Interface across estimating, detailing, fabrication, field, and finance.
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients and teams.
