Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator in Alaska. The role focuses on structural steel welding and fabrication, reading prints, and executing complex installations per engineering direction. You will collaborate with the team, manage tools, and support maintenance and site tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has MIG experience, structural fabrication background, and the ability to lift 20–50 lbs. Certifications (D1.1) are a plus, and military experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years’ experience with MIG.
  • Must have structural steel fabrication experience.
  • Must be able to read prints and layout assemblies per print.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
  • Structural welding D1.1 certification is a plus.
  • Handrail fabrication is a plus.
  • Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
