Job summary

MK Consulting Group in Boston, MA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for steel construction projects. You will manage small to large, often complex steel construction initiatives, ensuring plans, specs, and contracts are followed, and coordinating with vendors, GC's, architects, engineers, and detailers.

You must have 5+ years directly for a structural steel fabrication company and be a US-based candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience for a structural steel fabrication company.
• Experience in steel construction and related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts.
• Plan, organize, and control large commercial building projects.
• Review bid documents and scope of work.
• Work with Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates or similar software.
• Communicate with vendors, general contractors, architects, engineers, and detailers.

• Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work.
• Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates. (or similar software experience)
• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts.

Compensation/Benefits

Salary is negotiable $100-150K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
