Qualifications

• PE licensure required for the role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 4+ years of project management experience on structural/design/restoration projects.
• Experience with commercial structures in prime role and/or parking structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complete project ownership from setup through construction administration.
• Prepare proposals and project interview presentations.
• Conduct conditional assessment and restoration on existing parking or commercial structures.
• Provide design and restoration consultation.
• Coordinate project scope and deliverables schedule.
• Monitor project profitability and hours with accounting.
• Coordinate all disciplines and manage subconsultants.
• Perform construction administration functions.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
