Job summary

AG&E is looking for a dedicated Structural Project Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. This role involves performing structural analysis and design, managing design teams, and coordinating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, a PE license, and at least four years of experience in building design. Join us for a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration and early responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of structural engineering experience in building design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of residence.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems including concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design across multiple sectors.
• Manage design team and coordinate with senior engineers.
• Oversee material selection and preparation of specifications.
• Coordinate design with architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Support construction administration including RFIs and site observations.
