Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years, be proficient in Finite Element Analysis, and have passed the FE exam with plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Finite Element Analysis software (Required).
• Experience with Autodesk Revit (Preferred).
• Successfully passed the FE exam (Required) with intent to pursue Professional Engineering Licensure within two years.
• Gains knowledge through participation in technical societies and attendance at internal and external training programs.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $102,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
