Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Field inspection of historical renovations and systemic upgrades in occupied facilities
  • Providing guidance on constructability and phasing of the work
  • Scheduling, coordinating, performing specialized field inspections
  • Inspecting work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance
  • Utilizing PMIS tools (i.e., e- Builder) for daily reports and progress photo documentation
  • Recommending approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate
  • Monitoring labor and safety requirements
  • Completing written inspection reports, records of defects; and omissions; and similar activities
Qualifications
  • Associate’s in construction‑related field, trade school, or equivalent certification. Waived for 10 years in a similar inspection role
  • Strong background in structural field inspections

The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
