Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Structural & Graphic Design Intern to support the Design team from January through August 2027. On-site duties in Lyndhurst, NJ include operating a Kongsberg Cutting Table, building POP displays, mounting prints, and preparing displays for client presentations.

You’ll gain mentorship and participate in Menasha’s Intern Program focused on hands-on experience and professional development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe software programs including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software programs (Cinema 4D preferred).
• Self-starter willing to take on any other tasks to support the Design staff.
• Dependable, reliable with strong attention to details.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred basic knowledge of Artios CAD and CAPE software.

Responsibilities

• Operate Kongsberg Cutting Table for sample making of Corrugated Display Components.
• Mount printed sheets to Corrugated for use in Display Mock-Ups.
• Assemble and build POP Display samples.
• Photograph displays and prepare for presentation using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software.
• Create Display Assembly Instructions using Adobe Illustrator Software to organize Digital Photographs.
• Create or modify 3D renderings in Cinema 4D.
• Use Artios CAD to recall existing display components and to modify/design display components and generate specification packages.
