AG&E Associates is seeking a driven Structural Graduate Engineer to join our team across multiple locations in the United States. You will perform structural analysis and design using traditional methods and industry-standard software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's in Civil/Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) required.
• Pursuing PE licensure in state of residence; EIT required.
• Familiarity with RAM or Tekla Structural Designer; working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360 & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using hand calculations and software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and PMs to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare project documentation and calculations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and RFIs.
• May gain experience across project types and sectors over time.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil/Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) required
• Pursuing PE licensure in state of residence (structural designation); engineer in training (EIT) required.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software such as RAM or Tekla Structural Designer
• Working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
