Prospect Steel is seeking Structural Fitters in Blytheville, AR to join their growing team. Choose day or night shifts with weekend options; weekly pay and overtime opportunities are provided.

After one year, eligible employees can participate in Lexicon’s Employee Stock Ownership Program and share in the company’s success. The role involves layout and assembly of fabricated structural parts, following shop drawings and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Structural fitting experience required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Safety-sensitive role with OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Layout and assemble fabricated parts per shop drawings using standards.
• Lay out, position, align and fit parts for welding or riveting.
• Move parts into position with hoist or crane and prepare for final assembly.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Support overtime and flexible scheduling as needed.
