Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced structural engineering leader to manage critical infrastructure projects in the Midwest. You will lead a growing structural department, mentor engineers, and collaborate with ownership to shape the practice’s future.

Requirements include a PE license, a civil or structural engineering degree, 8+ years of structural consulting, and proficiency with RAM and STAAD/Bentley tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
  • Experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
  • Background supporting industrial, utility, municipal, or water/wastewater facilities.
  • Proficiency with RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, STAAD Pro, and Bentley software.
  • Experience managing projects and mentoring engineering staff.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
