Duties and Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll need

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in at least their junior year in a Civil Engineering curriculum with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
• GPA 3.0
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, to self-motivate, and work productively
• must be within 50 miles of the Phoenix office and have the ability to work in the office full time

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification
• Previous Structural Engineering analysis and design Intern experience
