Job summary

Olsson’s Facility Engineering and Design team is seeking a student intern to perform meaningful, hands-on structural engineering work. You will assist in conventional design, perform calculations, and help prepare technical reports alongside experienced engineers.

You will gain exposure to Revit-based document production and may travel to job sites for observation, building toward a professional career in civil or architectural engineering.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design and analytical tasks, including calculations and technical report writing.
• Assist with construction document production in Revit.
• Potential travel to job sites for construction observation.
