Moffatt & Nichol specializes in waterfront infrastructure and is seeking a civil engineer with structural coursework for our Houston, TX office. You will work with a local and national team on ports, Navy facilities, marinas, and more, contributing to the design of large-scale marine structures.
Responsibilities include structural analysis and detailing of concrete, steel, and timber, plus site visits and coordination with engineers.

We are actively looking for a civil engineer with structural engineering coursework to join our Houston, TX office. As the successful new hire, you will work with our local team and beyond, focusing on waterfront/marine projects such as ports, Navy facilities, cruise destinations, marinas and more! This position provides you with an opportunity to grow within the engineering profession by participating in the structural design of large-scale, highly complex waterfront structures that support cruise and cargo ships, submarines and aircraft carriers, superyachts and recreational boats, and ferries/water taxis. Work will be completed under the guidance of a talented team of marine structural engineers.
